This policy applies to all apps published by Longevity Health Analytics ("we", "our", "us"). We built these apps with a simple principle: your health data belongs to you and only you.

Data Collection

Our apps do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any form of registration. There is no analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.

On-Device Storage

All data generated by our apps is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may sync across your personal Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never have access to this data.

Apple Health

Some of our apps read from and write to Apple Health (HealthKit) with your explicit permission. Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely within the app on your device to provide features you have chosen to use. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Oura API

Jaan and LiftHRV optionally connect to your Oura account via OAuth 2.0 to retrieve sleep, readiness, and physiological data from your Oura Ring. Connection is opt-in — neither app requires Oura to function for users without a ring. Retrieved data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. There are no ads. There are no in-app purchases. There is no monetization of your data in any form.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, our apps are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Because our apps do not collect contact information, we are unable to notify users directly of changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Data presented by our apps — including but not limited to heart rate variability, sleep analysis, heart rate zones, recovery scores, and training suggestions — is for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
